
Dr. Wolgast has extensive experience presenting sleep topics to groups and consulting for on-going changes to sleep cultures with Fortune 500 companies, state psychology associations, large conferences, VA clinicians, to students, parents and faculty in universities and secondary schools. As one of a few board-certified behavior sleep medicine providers in the U.S., Dr. Wolgast has the expertise to help your organization or group's need for better sleep.
Dr. Wolgast is a dynamic presenter and has extensive experience with speaking to professionals and students, business leaders and campus organizers.
Dr. Wolgast has twenty years of experience training doctoral level psychology interns and post-doctoral fellows in the basics of CBT-I and diagnostics of sleep disorders. Dr. Wolgast was the Training Director of the APA accredited internship at the University of Delaware for years and supervised trainees and staff members as they worked with clients who had primary sleep problems.
