Brad Wolgast, PhD, DBSM, is a licensed psychologist and board certified in behavioral sleep medicine. He suffered from a sleep disorder his entire childhood. Getting healthy sleep changed his life, so for more than two decades his passion has been the study of sleep and helping a wide range of people to experience better sleep.
Brad worked at the Universities of Pennsylvania and Delaware and now operates the Center for Healthy Sleep, LLC outside of Philadelphia. He works with athletes and university teams to improve their sleep and performance, as well as treating people suffering from insomnia and chronic nightmares. Dr. Wolgast speaks nationally to health care providers and groups about how to use human mechanisms for superior sleep and overall health.
In his free time, Brad is a slow runner and an even slower cyclist. He lives in Southeastern Pennsylvania with his wife, though they leave often to seek out the mountains.
